Cold Club provides adaptive stress training, events, courses, and related products. Our services are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.

Assumption of Risk

Participants in Cold Club events and practices acknowledge that cold exposure carries inherent risks. You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any cold exposure practice, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions or other health concerns.

Refund Policy

Event bookings are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event date. Course purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
